Why Soul Amazing?

In 2018, at the age of 34, my doctor advised me that I have cholesterol level reading of 6.1 when I did my blood test.
I was told I need to control my diet and keep up with great amount of exercise to maintain a good level of cholesterol.
Then I came across a spice "Saffron" from a relative of mine who married Iranian sharing the health benefits of this great natural ingredient!

I am a person who hardly take supplements and I love drinking all sorts of hot tea!
So I started replacing my daily tea routine from Green Tea, Earl Grey, Jasmine etc to Saffron tea. After a few months I realised I dropped a few kilos in my weight and rarely crave on snacking. I did another blood test after six months and my cholesterol level had dropped a little. So I decided to start sharing this amazing Saffron tea to my families, friends and clients.
Thus I began the journey of me researching and then changing every product in my home. From the kitchen to the bathroom, any consumable product in the house was changed to something natural that I didn't react to. Natural supplements, skin care, hair care, soap, dishwashing liquid, and the list goes on and on.
This is how I live my life every day. When I reduce the chemical load on my body, I feel a lot better. I have more energy, my skin feels great and my overall health and wellbeing is changed for the better.
