Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind. If you encounter an issue with your order we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt to be able to issue a replacement or refund.
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns for used products as this is a hygiene issue. Should you encounter any problem with the product when using, please do get in touch with us as we may be able to give you some advice - please make sure you patch test the product before applying generally to ensure you do not have a reaction, as even natural products can cause reactions in some skin types.
If the bar is not to your preference or smells to strong, this unfortunately is not a refund we can accommodate however. In this instance, we ask that you give the product to a friend or donate to a charity.
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we'll do what it takes to make you happy.
If you wish to exchange an item, please advise us customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receiving your order and enquire about the return/exchange process, complying to our exchange policy.
- All items must be returned in the original selling condition with original packaging, otherwise exchange will be refused.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If we do not have any more stock, you may wait until we are able to replenish the same item or you may exchange for other item that is available at our Soul Amazing Enterprise online store.
- Courier expenses on exchange items will be at buyer's expense.
- It will take a little time to process exchange item as we will need to review the condition of the returning items upon receiving the parcel. Once we have reviewed your parcel, we aim to respond to your exchange request within 3-5 working days upon receiving the parcel.
